#45 Joe Boyle: EVP of Columbia Sportswear Company

Joe Boyle is the Executive Vice President of Columbia Sportswear Company and Columbia Brand President. Through his years at one of the largest outdoor companies in the world, Joe served in several roles of increasing leadership and responsibility, ranging from sales and planning to merchandising and product design.

Joe is a fourth-generation member of the founding Boyle family. His grandmother, Gert Boyle, and his father, Tim Boyle, grew the company over the last several decades to become a multi-billion dollar organization. Joe discusses the adversity the company had faced through those times, the secret sauce from a product perspective, career advice, and much more.
